Agreed.
I presume though you use the term 'management' generously and lightly.
Like jockeys that have the reins of a racehorse, and are entrusted to plan, strategise, navigate, mange and steer the horse to victory, some jockeys have peanuts for brains and couldn't win if they were riding Phar Lap.
I see a parallel here.
