I've just missed too many top up opportunities by sitting in queues, so when I see tremendous upside, I go in and buy. If it drops more, I then buy more
There seems to be people holding back due to a potential CR, but I can't predict when a CR comes... there's a chance it's on Monday, but there's also a chance it doesn't come until next year. Either way, it won't matter too much long term, an easy buy and hold.
