Glad you did that snooping around because you are right that most of these high profile cases with big numbers and plaintiffs will not get to trial to get a proper hearing. It is obvious that a very high end game with high end players is being played for this matter to never see a hearing.
The insto shareholders have made it pretty clear to ANZ that they want this done with.
I am sure we all want our day in court, but IMO the reality is it would get settled. IMF would need to settle for 70c to get the same result if they maintained their current fee structure.
