Whether or not Miggster launches or not doesn't invalidate the argument, EM1 willingly utilised the services of a company founded on the structure of a pyramid scheme.
This suggests that either EM1 knowingly and willingly utilised a pyramid scheme for marketing purposes, or they weren't aware that they were a pyramid scheme.
If they weren't aware they were a pyramid scheme this means they are absolutely rubbish at doing even basic research.
Why would anyone want to (once informed) own a share of a company that falls under either one of these assumptions?
