At the full year presentation AX1 mentions that the company will receive job keeper through to Sep, this along with negotiated rent, online booming and retail looking busy - results and profit should be solid. unsure of the impact of Melbourne shut down, but I have a friend that lives in Melb and he says the shopping centres are like Christmas sales everyday.
At the full year presentation there was no guidance for FY20 due to NZ and Melb in lockdown, fingers crossed they give guidance for the rest of the financial year.
