Benson, you're missing the big picture, the market is re-rating TLS because they believe their infra assets are worth much more than current book value, I'm guessing the reason TLS didn't do this earlier was because of the complexity and regulations involved, however now big instos have been pushing them.On top of that, their mobile business will eventually become much leaner, and better able to compete with the likes of TPG, but with a much larger customer base, and that's not even mentioning 5g, it's a new ball game now, you will likely see 4+ by middle of next year, if not earlier
