I agree with you. The bank probably won't call in the receivers yet. If asset values are impaired the banks will be looking for work out. Reduction in debt, refinance, higher interest rates, more fees etc. Hoping one day asset prices will recover, and valuations can change very quickly.
The SP is being priced for liquidation, which is fair enough. Things could take a turn for the worse. Who knows?
