Thanks fullmetal for your info. I made a significant investment in Siren Gold last Friday after seeing your last post. Having workedin the gold industry in NSW and Queensland for the last 18 yrs, there are veryfew gold deposits left, where high grade gold is still at surface and that thedeposit has never been drilled using latest drilling and sampling technology.

At and near surface high grade gold allows for low cost capitalexpenditure to build a mine and low cost mining of the gold, due to itsrichness.

When I saw these images, 8metre thickness of sulphides at 4.1grams pertonne of rock (approx. 1 cubic metre of rock = 1 tonne) beneath his feet, thatwas enough for me to invest.

Coupled with the twinning drilling program alreadyyielding strong gold intercepts only 0-75metres from surface. What I also likedwas the true width data Siren is releasing, this is the real thickness of thesulphides and quartz rock, which showed significant gold grades and thicknessesto say the least.

Siren Gold’s market cap at only $43million at the 54c share price (only80million shares on issue), is very low.

And the company has stated that therewon’t be any more shares issued for at least 18months. That takes us out to Q12022, without any dilution.

As we receive more drilling results from Siren Gold, we should expect to see the share price lift significantly.

When the assay results are announced for these 1-2metre outcrops across 1,200 metre of sulphide area below, we will be in for a real special treat. IMHO

You can see the high grade gold 7grams per tonne to 11grams per tonnestarts from the Trech G at surface. The thickness of the gold sulphides willensure consistent highly profitable gold production, with minimal capitalexpenditure on the mining equipment.

Here are some calculations on why high grade gold deposits are sovaluable to investors.

Assuming Gold Price remains around $A2,500/Oz or $A80.35/gram:

Most gold deposits are at around 1grams gold per tonne of rock ($A85 ofGold/tonne). These high grade gold quartz reefs in Siren’s tenements in NZ are at a high 7grams ($A562 of Gold/tonne) to 15grams gold per tonne of rock ($A1,205 of Gold/tonne). With little or no overburden worthless rock and waste material aboveit, since it is all at or near surface.

In order to understand what makes Siren Gold’s 850km2 of high gradeReefton Gold so special is explained below.

A gold processing plant that processes 25,000 tonnes of rock per monthwill generate the following gold sales production. (Sales not profit) @$A2,500/oz gold price

A gold deposit @1 gram per tonne gold x 25,000 tonnes per month = 25,000grams of gold = 803 ounces = Sales $A2,009,000 per month

A gold deposit @7 grams per tonne gold x 25,000 tonnes per month =175,000 grams of gold = 5,627 ounces = Sales $14,067,000 per month

A gold deposit @ 15 grams per tonne gold x 25,000 tonnes per month =375,000 grams of gold = ounces = Sales $30,144,000 per month

Same gold processing plant, same number of trucks, the exponential growth in salesand profit comes from the increase in the gold grade.

And your per ounce production costs fall significantly too, as the graderises.

We'll get a much better picture of how much gold the old timers left here as more drilling results are released in the coming weeks. It looks like they left a significant amount, even from surface, let alone below the surface.
