They are targetting similar markets to us - low power, autonomous, self-learning - object detection/audio, etc.
You can't get them at Woolies:
"22FDX with the new AiMC feature is in development at GF’s state-of-the-art 300mm production line at Fab 1 in Dresden, Germany."
(that's the analog ones).
I guess the 300mm is the wafer.
Haven't found anything on availability of the digital SNN.
The imec articles do not give product names or part numbers so I spose you could order "the imec SNN thingy".
