Isnt it up to each individual to do their own DD and decide how much they are willing to risk? Again look at junior miners, ESR was allowed to report their drilling and used words to ramp their find. Anyone who can read a drilling report saw it was too deep and started selling, but the ones who can't were buying. isn't that just as bad? Happens daily on the ASX. They pick and chose, look at ISX, the OM report then ASX react. WTC again shorter heaven, but that is ok. Because of the suspension those people who did buy high, if this goes pear shaped then they missed their chance for DD and get out with say a 10% haircut. Now if the payments are pathetic as the launch then they're more likely for a 80% haircut at best. The ASX just needs to be consistent, as mentioned, bio aren't suspended until drug ann 3 weeks out. Nor a junior minor. If this was crowd1 I can see why a suspension should be used, but this is EM1, they just hired a questionable promotional/marketing partner. But hey, ASX will never be a fair playing field, would love to see the NSX in 5 years from now be actual competition for the old guard.
