    I'll explain capex as you must be a bit dim.

    TO DIG IO OUT OF GROUND AND THEN PROCESS FOR SHIPPING PLUS OTHER EXPENSES = A BILLION BUCKS.

    Obviously this is a lot so I would assume they will develop a much smaller operation till better days.
