maybe u miss the point.
nobody was magic 30 years ago and bought 100 % in CBA
that LTH invested also in many other ones that the performance was not enough even to beat the fantastic rates of property investment.
but in the end of day i’m not defending the idea to dont buy a long term. Im defending the view that must be alert all time and the time u buy can be decisive
