When a notification of this ann. popped up on my phone I went "here we go, I won't be taking part in any CR, more dilution". I have to say on reading the ann. I'm pretty pleased. The team is basically tipping in close to their first year salary and buying their job. I'm sure the deal is in their favour, but that's business. Presumably (?) Tremain will pursue a similar strategy to his last two jobs of proving up a resource and selling to PRU or RSG, or another party. Let's hope for his success and for a bidding war rather than some backroom deal to get himself his next job. Good luck to the new team!
