Large % of the AQX stock is held in the hands of a small number of investors making a takeover tricky. I think it would be more likely that SBM makes AQX an offer to acquire the Torres Straight tenements which would most likely provide AQX with a big cash war chest for development of NSW and allow it expand prospectively new interests.
