JCurve currently has not control over its profit. It has overheads due to its people content of some $9,000,000 and as the chairman stated in 2019 has "hit headwinds"
It had $4m in the bank when it started this exercise 4 years ago, so basically it has gone no where.
Institutions are not interested due to its low market cap, retail investors are not interested due to the illiquidity of the stock price, and the only beneficiaries are those on the board/CEO/CFO/other executives and those employed.
The shareholders just sit and watch the sideshow in the backstalls.
