Very positive move for shareholders... Richard is being paid 40% of what Henry was paid, and no bonuses for Richard and no director fees. He isn’t in it for the salary...
I always thought FLC was spread too thinly, and the overheads are too high.
This change will mean lower running costs and a more focused strategy on our best and most profitable product/technology.
