While I understand institutional investors will wait for more concrete news before investing, I think its a bit rich to tap them at 55c, when most investors would have been happy to buy in at similar levels, and hence allow them not to dilute their holdings. Anyway, all done and dusted now. Lets just hope the market views it positivetly which I think they will, as the funding question mark has been lifted.
