Yes, that is my take as well. For once, the low 45 cents raise is given to existing shareholders. If they had raised that with an outsider, I would be pissed. This way, I get some benefits as well. And long term wise, as long as the FAA is achieved, this 45 cents shares with free options will only be cream on top as far as I am concerned. I am holding on and taking up my rights fully.
