I was in favour of trying a change of tack and bringing in Hunter Jiang to target the Chinese market. But seriously - just give him 250 million options that already in the money - representing a quarter of the company?? Surely he's taking the piss.
And just handing over the IP to another Chinese company which Redflow would only have a 30% stake in? Basically giving our IP to someone else.
Totally ridiculous proposal, no idea why he thinks it has a chance.
