Wave 2 can entirely retrace wave 1 by 100 %
Wave 3 can be any multiple of wave 1 I have seen it as high as 3.168 times.
Golden rule Wave 4 cannot overlap top of wave 1
I count the entire chart of Zip at present as 3 wave moves not five impulse waves.
The S and P is currently 27 times forward earnings higher than it was before the dot com crash.
