I've seen this modus before..... it hands over total control of IP to others for a super-cheap option.
This will play out badly imo..... they will show positive returns for a year or so then gradually slow till a pipeline of orders and receipts fade.

I'm voting this down. We don't need this kind of carp. These jokers can go fishing elsewhere and god help the poor buggers who take them in.
