end of the day as mentioned before they need money to execute their plan and obviously early indications are forcing them now to fill Santa's bag with HALO and those that have been watching and waiting to invest cant now take that leap of faith as the constant fear in all stocks at this point of their business cycle/growth ...MONEY !! of how much .. what price and when ..... hopefully everyone is rewarded ....
