The RPS report has two components to it discovered gas initially in place (DGIIP) & Undiscovered GIIP.
1P: 307 + 111.4 = 418.4 bcf (High confidence)
2P: 78.9 + 39.7 = 118.6 bcf (mid confidence)
3P: 15 + 12.3 = 27.3 bcf (low confidence)
The Disc GIIP figures are for a 640 acre block around PB#1 and we know this well didn't test the main Alkali Gulch & Leadville Limestone section.
After drilling PB-2, the DGIIP will change.
In other words 1P-418 bcf is good, considering the conservative estimate of acreage & formation thickness they've evaluated & used in the model.
cheers
