I am guessing this could not happen while suspended, as it's all based on a 14 day average.
Needs to be trading again, high, and for 14 days.
Seems optimal for any holders worried about their share price, why would you be against it if the market cap had to raise for a long time, perfect timing for you to edit if that's your current intention.
