I had the wrong opinion on induction cookers ----------- now I have lived with one for about a year - I will NEVER live with anything else again - they are amazing.
I totally give up my pedantic resistance to non stick frypans - the modern ones are just too good to not live with - if, for some reason they are killing me - well, bugger it - you have to die from something. Amazing technology.
And, you don't have to pay big bucks either.
