Regarding Resolution 13, my wife and I didn't realise the importance and didn't put any choices. Leonard Math contacted us through email about its importance. Since then, we went back on some of our voting preferences and voted 'against' on resolution 13.
At this stage, we are quite happy with the management but we are against any free shares, so voted against it. Once they accomplish on those promises (OT, finance and FID), then we are very happy to vote for those shares.
I believe they are working hard and keep the interests of the shareholders. But, I sincerely think those shares at this stage are a bit premature.
