Well I was just recently bragging how my rent had only gone up 10 dollars a week in 3 years sadly as from this friday it goes up 20 per week
Which makes it $330 per week for a 3 bedroom house on a small block backing onto a creek in Helensvale (about 15 minutes from Southport Gold Coast}
What`s even more unfortunate the interest rate I was receiving in my cash management account (proceeds from a unit sale 3 years ago) has been steadily dropping, my small business income is stagnant and worst of all share trading is not making me a motsa like the good old days in 2007
Not complaining - sharing LOL suppose my landlord has to keep his wife/mistress and BMW dealer happy :-)
