It doesn't seem to be putting any pressure on yet but its really going nowhere until the access agreement is confirmed.
With the current sell queue it could shoot up quickly on any significant news. Then, the chance to get some more at 3.5c could seem attractive.
On the other hand, if there's no news, I can't see it being too popular!
As long as the do the raising *** in another two weeks *** we should be alright :-)
