One other quick question, doesn’t the issue of the 300 million shares need shareholder approval? Does this mean that those shares must be cancelled and the votes be taken out of last AGM voting? So what is going to happen moving forward with what has occurred here? I would like a clear response from the company outlining exactly how they are going to rectify what has occurred and how this will change the outcome of the vote of last years AGM.
