What we need is as few announcements from the CEO which he highlighted in the Earnings Call back in August. Be nice to see a Material Contract announcement or 2, more info on M3 Land Acquisition and potential customers and more on S4 & M4. Until this happens can expect the SP to bounce around where it is. To me Digital Realty building 250mw facility in Sydney and Equinix building in Perth as strong signs Nextdc's vision and planning on recent years is on the money.
