Odd indeed.
They could have snapped them up earlier and paid less but took them all in the auction at their bid price of 5.5....
Supplier has to be running thin now at these levels, reckon @UnclePanda is right, setting a great platform for launch. Questions remain though, who was doing all the selling the past few weeks and when are those late stage discussions going to turn into contracts!?
