I do agree that whatever positive reputation Sexton built for himself (assuming there was one) has been obliterated by the way BFC has been managed. It is obvious that this Board has not been up to the task of BFC, and given Sexton controls it then he has to take responsibility. If this doesn’t change then neither will the performance of the business.
Change at the Board level is far, far overdue, as is BPAM as the investment manager. Don’t waste the AGM opportunity to use your vote!!
