the plan even 3 weeks ago was we had enough $ until Q1 so that the SP would be more effective for a CR and see what else pops up. Taurus got into strife and had to liquidate a number of their stocks (rumoured to be down $100mill on Tiger Resources) stuffed up the plan, hence capping, hence action urgently needed to rev up all plans and this weeks action. That's life and even Trumps bullshit style couldn't get around it.
