Wished I had pulled the trigger on the margin loan but that's the benefit of hindsight.

I pretty much agree with @Kumar1 that the SP should stabilize between 6-8$ for a while depending on the timing of the vaccine efforts and the quality of the recovery.

Any move higher would depend on how successfully the new management will implement an effective disposal strategy and how serious they are about protecting shareholder value over corporate interests.

For me, this will be the difference between taking profits after the 12 months CGT discount or making it a 10 years hold.
