Yeah mate the market is not rational and that does create opportunities. Its all in the timing.
Having a look at the chart here and support in the bigger range is at $3.81 and we have minor resistance of the smaller range at $3.8175 so if it gets down here then we'll have to see how it interacts with these numbers.
The number to get back above at this stage is $3.925 but that is looking unlikely judging by the overnight action.
Volume is also picking up and a panic sell down on heavy volume to create a washout low certainly isn't out of the question.
If the support levels give way then $3.71 is the first target.
Central bank algos are still heavily selling this gold game. Its increasingly difficult to call this thing a market.
