Agreed. The Board doesn't deserve one free share or option until they are able to significantly restore investor confidence and this dismal share price.
To those that haven't voted already: I urge you to do so today and send the Board a message that retail shareholders are not happy - VOTE NO to the remuneration report, re-elections and the options.
It's very easy to vote online:
- Go to Link Market Services webpage (http://www.linkmarketservices.com.au/)
- Select your ResApp holding
- Click the "Voting" link at the bottom of the "Holdings Details" page
- Select "Vote" under the "Action" section
- Vote and submit
It literally takes less than 2 minutes. Its well worth doing in order to tell the Board that we deserve better and they must do better going forward!
