if BHPB didn't get in first another supermajor would have. so it was a case of "first in best dresssed"
now it's a matter of just sorting out the minor details & signing on the dotted line.
also, it's a high probability that BHPB will be interested in SC63 (adjacent to SC55) which has AboAbo gas discovery.
