@niclou - I haven't enquired as whilst I thought this CR was on the generous side. (especially the options) I believe that those that were not happy about it could have contacted GRL's office themselves to discuss and air their view on this Cap Raising.
As far as I am concerned it is onward and forward and as you know, Ian Buchhorn is the one this has affected more than anyone due to his large holding in GRL and if it went through the way it was arranged, he was either for it or against it.
My bigger concern is that the directors have had ample opportunity to have "skin in the company" and of course, with the exception of Ian Buchhorn these directors appear to have "death adders" in their pockets which does not please me. I firmly believed that these guys would participate and as far as I am concerned they have no excuses for not doing so.
They have been on the board long enough now to show their intentions by buying on market to give us shareholders so much more confidence.
As the saying goes, "you can take a horse to water ................."
