Street Talk understands San Francisco-founded outfit Affirm – one of the biggest BNPL companies globally, alongside Swedish pioneer Klarna and ASX-listed Afterpay – is preparing to launch operations Down Under.
Sources told this column Affirm had been sizing up an entry into Australia for some time, and while it was unclear how advanced the plans were, the firm was in the process of making one of its products available locally.
