Fair enough Gusman - all good.
I'd prefer these guys, CC and Niall to have more control rather than less: they are VC's they know what they are doing.
There's a flipside to a buyout scenario and that is defense. I'm concerned about hostile parties either trying to suppress prices or build up enough ownership for a takeover: the best way to stop that is have these guys owning more.
