The issuing of shares to senior management in lieu of cash payments is a great step forward in my view. This drives alignment with minority shareholders. If we make money, they make money. simple. effective.

Now, the next step for Charles and the new Chairmen is to increase the share price. So what should they do?

1 - Improve investor relations communications - Just copy the NIU preso deck! its not that hard
2 - Appoint another quality Non-Executive director. Someone respected by the market that can be the voice of the company with investors
3 - Deploy cash from the recent raising into business development initiatives including some key executive hires in brand and marketing. There is no value having the best scooter if no one knows about it.
