there's usually a pull back in SP between discovery and production, for a couple of reasons: the excitement has waned (let's be honest, explorers can be fun to punt on as the drill results come in) and importantly reflecting the development delivery risk
the market will always ascribe a risk discount, however in CMM's case the track record speaks for itself.. once the ounces start flowing and money comes in the SP will re-rate
