Jenny did not give the reason for listing as Centrelink related. She specifically said that investors contacted her and wanted to sell their shares as they needed the cash.

To date this has proven to be incorrect as only a few thousand have been sold.Why... because the sp was detyermined by the market based upon a low demand. Most of us knew this would occur. Why not Jenny???

I am unsure whether Centrelink use the last sp each week to determine asset valuation. However what about the impact on other investors?

Surely a better solution was to have Wellinton pay a dividend as/when appropriate rather than list. what was Jenny's real motive to list and why not the ASX???
