They will look at USD $500 or greater before they start up. Currently 94% -100 mesh graphite flake prices are USD $440 FOB so we will need a 15-20% rise before SYR consider restarting. Flake market is tight at the moment and no evidence of restocking taking place so will be an interesting couple months especially since Q4 and Q1 are when we see the greatest demand for cars in China.
