fair but if he bought in the rights issue there should be a change of directors interest suggesting he did?. how long have they got to submit the notice? if he didn't buy shares the fact he sold the afternoon after the purchase plan closed and everyone had already commited is the biggest disgrace ever! how many of you would of participated had he dumped right at the start of the rights issue?
