It does seem strange that the same mistakes have been made.
I think we need to wait until we get all the details though ? Did the person have two jobs ? Is that confirmed ? Or did that person spread it via his household to another working in other industries ?
Unlike certain other people in this forum, I'll give the SA authorities the benefit of the doubt for the moment.
It does get back to my commentary about the nation not having a pandemic policy , both state and federal that would cover these issues from the get go. I still haven't heard of a journalist asking that question.
