No he did not have to pay for the options but he had to pay to exercise them.
Clearly he's supporting the stock with this move. This is what I was emphasising.
Will he sell the heads?
What? He has exercised the options!!
He now holds them as AZS shares. Including the ones that are more close to the current SP.
He did not let them lapse.
This is all that matters.
Why would he sell into the market. Why would he do that?
It's a signal to the market of confidence. Surely this is what matters.
Can we let go of the hip market terms and get this in perspective? Or are you another one with suddenly no interest in talking reasonably because you want it cheaper?
