Ann: Becoming a substantial holder, page-9

This stock is being shorted. In last 3 months it has gone from 4% of total shares to 10% of total shares being shorted. UBS making quid by lending them to sorters. Yet the price has not budged much in scheme of things. As time progesses shorts needs to be covered so it will go up a bit. I have a LT hold on this as Ni is in demand and they have stratagic position in PAN that may work out well for them.
