One wonders whether the 4 consecutive quarters were somewhat "engineered" to achieve this result - e.g. cutting costs just enough to make this happen, whether it was good business decision or not. With only yearly and half-yearly requirements for reporting, now, this will increase the knowledge gap between insiders and outsiders even further.
