would you be happy for avz to do offtake so close to the lithium price lows ?

in my opinion it ain’t gonna happen even if they wanted it to. Why would they set the bar so low at 25% offtake for performance shares if they were so convinced they were close to getting 50%?

Is 50% offtake enough to get finance when the finance needed is $600M USD inc working capital ?!

if and when the SP drops to where it needs to be for this level of risk then it will be worth it. Do people realise it’s circa $250M market cap right now with what $20-25M AUD to pay for the 15% not even in hand and then in addition $600M ***USD*** dev fin needed ?

2 things avz has going for it atm are cheaper interest rates and a falling USD, this will help heaps. But the other concerns are real to me
